We collect your phone number when you sign up for Domvio. For landlords, we also collect property details, tenant information, and payment records you enter into the platform. We do not collect information you don't explicitly provide.
We use your information to provide the Domvio service — sending rent reminders, processing payments, generating receipts, and enabling communication between landlords and tenants. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
By signing up for Domvio, you consent to receiving WhatsApp messages from us, including rent reminders, payment confirmations, and receipts. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
Rent payments are processed through Razorpay. Domvio does not store your payment card or bank account details. All payment data is handled by Razorpay in accordance with their privacy policy.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted infrastructure. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@domvio.in. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
