We collect your phone number when you sign up for Domvio. For landlords, we also collect property details, tenant information, and payment records you enter into the platform. In the app, we do not collect information you don't explicitly provide. On our website we use analytics, described below.
We use your information to provide the Domvio service — sending rent reminders, processing payments, generating receipts, and enabling communication between landlords and tenants. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Our website, domvio.in, uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it: which pages are viewed, how visitors arrived (for example from a search engine), the type of device and browser, an approximate location based on IP address, and which buttons and free tools are used. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this. We use this information only to improve the website and do not use it to identify you. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. We also use Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors move through the website (clicks, scrolling and mouse movement) as heatmaps and session replays, and sets its own cookies to do this. The free tools are hidden from these recordings. Microsoft processes this data under its own privacy statement. You can block cookies in your browser settings or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The free tools on our website, such as the rent receipt generator and calculators, run in your browser; the details you type into them are not sent to us.
By signing up for Domvio, you consent to receiving WhatsApp messages from us, including rent reminders, payment confirmations, and receipts. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
Rent payments are processed through Razorpay. Domvio does not store your payment card or bank account details. All payment data is handled by Razorpay in accordance with their privacy policy.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted infrastructure. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@domvio.in. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
