Rent and society maintenance: settle it in writing
In apartment societies, the monthly maintenance charge is the most common source of confusion between owner and tenant. Some owners include it in the rent and pay the society themselves. Others ask the tenant to pay the society directly. Either works, as long as the rent agreement says which.

Receipts your tenant can use for HRA
Salaried tenants often claim house rent allowance and need rent receipts for their employer. Domvio sends a PDF receipt for every payment you confirm, UPI or cash, so nobody writes a year of receipts in January. Renewal time: the rent increase
Most flat rentals run on an 11-month agreement and are renewed with a rent increase. Agree the new rent in writing before the old agreement ends, and keep the signed renewal with the original lease in Domvio. To work out a fair figure, use our rent increase calculator.
Do you own more than one flat?
Add each flat as its own property. The dashboard and the WhatsApp "status" command show rent across all of them.
