Set up your rooms and beds once

   When you add a property, choose "PG / Hostel".

   Enter the number of floors and rooms per floor, set the default beds per room and furnishing, and generate the whole building in one go.

   Change the rooms that differ

   Tap any room to override the default, so a triple-sharing room on the first floor can sit next to a single room.

   Invite an occupant to each bed

   Enter the occupant's rent, deposit and due date, and send a WhatsApp invite. They do not install an app.

Collect rent from every occupant without chasing

• Every bed has its own rent, its own reminders and its own receipts. A triple-sharing room is three separate rent collections, not one shared bill.
• Three days before the due date, each occupant gets a WhatsApp reminder with the exact amount and a UPI link.
• Rent goes straight to your UPI ID through Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or any bank app. Domvio never holds it and takes no commission.
• The occupant shares the payment confirmation and you approve it with one tap.
• Cash is logged with one tap on "Record cash" or a WhatsApp message such as "paid Priya".
• Every confirmed payment, UPI or cash, sends a PDF receipt to you and the occupant.
