Why most property software does not fit Indian landlords
Most rented homes in India belong to individuals with one to a few flats, not to companies. Rent is chased on WhatsApp and phone calls, paid by UPI or in cash, and checked against the bank app. Receipts are written by hand, or not at all.
Property management software built for large portfolios abroad assumes tenants will download an app, log in and pay by card. Indian tenants rarely do. Domvio starts from what they already use: a WhatsApp message, a UPI app and a receipt they can keep.

How to get started
Add your property
Choose a flat, an independent house or a PG. For a building or a PG, set the number of floors and rooms per floor and generate the rooms in one go, then change any room that differs.
Save your UPI ID
Enter the UPI ID you already use. Rent from every tenant goes there directly.
Invite your tenants on WhatsApp
Enter each tenant's rent, deposit and due date, then send the WhatsApp invite. The tenant confirms their details from the link.
Let the monthly cycle run
Reminders go out before each due date, tenants pay by UPI, you approve with one tap and both of you get a receipt.

Manage your rentals from WhatsApp
Day-to-day work does not need the app at all. Message the Domvio WhatsApp bot:
- status for a summary of paid, pending and overdue rent across your properties
- remind all to remind every tenant who has not paid

How much will Domvio cost after early access?
