Rent receipt format in Kannada, with a free generator

Kannada rent receipt generator

Kannada receipts for Bengaluru tenants
Many Bengaluru tenants work for companies whose payroll teams sit in other cities, and some of them ask for English receipts. That is why the generator prints both languages on one page. If a tenant still wants English only, switch the language to English and print again; nothing else changes.
- ಅಡ್ವಾನ್ಸ್ (advance): the deposit is not rent. Give a separate acknowledgement for it; see security deposit rules in Bangalore.
- ಭೋಗ್ಯ (bhogya): a lump-sum lease has no monthly rent, so it needs a signed acknowledgement of the lump sum, not monthly receipts.
- BESCOM and maintenance: list them on a separate line or note. HRA is about rent.

How do you write "rent received" in Kannada?
ಬಾಡಿಗೆ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ, or on a receipt, "ಮೇಲಿನ ಬಾಡಿಗೆ ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ" (I have received the above rent with thanks).
Can a PG owner use this Kannada receipt?
Yes. Put the room and bed number in the property address, for example "Room 4, Bed B", so each occupant's receipt is distinct.
Where is the Hindi rent receipt?
