Rent receipt format in Telugu (అద్దె రసీదు)

A rent receipt in Telugu, అద్దె రసీదు, must show who paid, who received, how much, for which months, for which property, and how it was paid, signed by the landlord. Add the landlord's PAN if yearly rent is above ₹1,00,000. The generator below prints Telugu receipts with English labels; the plain format is further down.

Rent and maintenance on a Hyderabad receipt
Many Hyderabad tenants pay the flat's maintenance to the owner along with the rent. The HRA exemption is for rent, so the safest receipt shows rent alone. If you want one receipt for both, put maintenance on a separate line with its own amount, and let the tenant ask their payroll team which figure to claim. Do not fold maintenance into the rent figure.

Is a Telugu rent receipt valid for HRA?
Tax rules ask for proof of rent, not a language, and the receipt here carries every detail an employer checks. If your payroll team insists on English, switch the generator to English and print again.
Should the landlord sign in Telugu or English?
Either. The signature should match the one the landlord normally uses, for example on their bank or PAN records.
Can I make one Telugu receipt for twelve months?
You can, if it states the full period and the total. Monthly receipts are safer because each matches one payment, and the generator makes all twelve at once.
